A few rolled oats on top will add a wonderful texture to your breakfast. Even if your mornings are groggy, this shake is sure to life you up and give you some much-needed energy

BREAKFAST SHAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 orange
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ⅔ cup yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • Honey, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Juice the orange and blend it with bananas, yogurt, buttermilk, and rolled oats.
  2. Voilà! Your shake is ready. Pour it between two glasses and sweeten with honey & top with oats, if you so desire.
