Amaretto Cake

Ingredients
  

  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • cup ground almonds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • cup amaretto

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F, then grease and flour your bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the oil, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract using a hand mixer. Gradually add the eggs, flour, cornstarch, almonds, and baking powder. Mix until smooth. Stir in the amaretto until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool completely before inverting it onto a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
