Ingredients
  

  • 25 strawberries
  • ice cubes
  • ¾ cup Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 1 jigger (1 oz.) Aperol
  • sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Wash the strawberries in a bowl of water and then hull them. Purée 20 of the strawberries and chop the rest.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes and the chopped strawberries.
  • Split the strawberry purée, the Prosecco, and the Aperol evenly between the glasses.
  • Top up the drinks with a splash of sparkling water.
