Hot Milk Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1¼  sticks salted butter

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add sugar, vanilla extract, flour, and baking powder and keep whisking until a a creamy mixture forms.
  • Now heat the milk together with the butter in a saucepan until the butter is melted. Stir occasionally.
  • Once thoroughly melted, remove the saucepan from the heat. Combine the milk-butter mix with the rest of the batter. Stir with a hand mixer.
  • Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°F.
