Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add sugar, vanilla extract, flour, and baking powder and keep whisking until a a creamy mixture forms.
Now heat the milk together with the butter in a saucepan until the butter is melted. Stir occasionally.
Once thoroughly melted, remove the saucepan from the heat. Combine the milk-butter mix with the rest of the batter. Stir with a hand mixer.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°F.
