Instructions
Brown the ground beef in oil until crumbly and season with the taco seasoning.
Meanwhile, rinse the corn and beans. Then, drain.
Wash the tomatoes, lettuce and bell pepper and chop everything up. Peel the onion and chop it, or slice it into rings. Cut and chop the avocado.
In a bowl, layer the vegetables and beans. Squeeze the lime over them and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the ground beef on top. Top with sour cream and salsa.
Finally, crumble the tortilla chips and sprinkle them over the salad before serving.
Notes
If you like it spicy, you can add a chopped chili pepper to the salad.
Optionally, you can sprinkle grated cheese over the nachos before serving.
If you like, you can also substitute guacamole for the avocado.
