For the dip:

Instructions
Peel the watermelon and cut it into fry-shaped sticks.
Sprinkle the watermelon sticks evenly with Tajín.
Arrange the watermelon fries on a plate or serving platter.
Mix the dip ingredients together and serve with the fries.
